Live Scan fingerprinting captures electronic images of fingerprints to process criminal background checks. These checks are commonly required for employment, licensing, volunteer roles, and various professional programs.

Important Information:
• Applicants must bring a completed Request for Live Scan Application (BCIA 8016) from their requesting agency.
• All applicants must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
• Government fees (DOJ, FBI, CACI, Firearm, etc.) are determined at the time of service and are subject to change without notice.
• A clean, sturdy worktable (4–6 ft long) located near a power outlet is required for equipment setup.
• Please provide any special instructions (e.g., roster requirements, on-site check-in protocols) in advance of the appointment.

Group Mobile Live Scan Services

Mobile Witness Services are available for documents that require a disinterested party to act as a witness in lieu of notarization.

Please note: When acting as the Notary, Suzanne CANNOT also serve as a disinterested witness on the same document.

If your document requires both Notarization and Witness Services, please inform Suzanne in advance. She can assist in hiring a third-party witness if needed. These individuals are not affiliates or employees of Sealed with Integrity and set their own rates.

Mobile Witness Services

This is a remote service. Sealed with Integrity facilitates Apostille processing in partnership with a trusted service provider to ensure your documents are properly authenticated for use in a foreign country. This is a remote service only—not completed in person. A prepaid shipping label will be provided so you can send your documents securely for processing.

Please note: Apostille Services do not include notarization of documents.
If notarization is required before obtaining an Apostille, please schedule a separate Mobile Notary appointment.

An Apostille issued by the Secretary of State authenticates a document for international use by verifying:
• the authenticity of the public official’s signature,
• the capacity in which the public official acted, and
• when applicable, the authenticity of the seal or stamp.

The Secretary of State can only authenticate signatures on documents issued within their state and signed by recognized public officials, including:

Mobile Live Scan fingerprinting provided at the location most convenient for you. This appointment accommodates up to 5 applicants. If you have more than 5, please schedule a Group Live Scan Service.

Suzanne is a Certified Fingerprint Roller with the California Department of Justice and brings over a decade of experience, completing thousands of Live Scan transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Manual Ink Card fingerprinting is used for criminal background checks when Live Scan is not accepted. Fingerprint impressions are taken manually with ink and applied to an FD-258 card or any fingerprint card you provide.
