Suzanne is a Notary Public, Commissioned by the California Secretary of State and a Live Scan Operator, Certified by the California Department of Justice. Since 2014 Suzanne has completed a plethora of transactions including, but not limited to, Loan Closings, Estate Planning, Financial Planning, Adoptions, General Notary Work , Live Scan and Manual Fingerprinting. She is committed to handling every transaction with integrity, confidentiality and care.
All services are Mobile only. Please allow a 30 min window before/after scheduled apt. Changes MUST be made at least 2 hours before apt to avoid penalties. Final cost, incl. travel, notarization &/or govt. fees will be determined at time of service.

Live Scan Fingerprinting is a criminal background check using electronic images of your fingerprints to check for criminal activity.
Securing a Criminal Background check is a requirement for employment, licensure or certifications in many industries, including, but not limited to:

Applicants must provide a sanitized worktable, near a power outlet to set up equipment. Table must be at least 4 to 6 feet long.

Manual Fingerprints Ink Cards are used for criminal background checks. Impressions are taken manually with ink and applied to an FD-258 Card or whatever card you present.
Manual Fingerprint Ink Cards may be a requirement for foreign adoptions, employment, licensure or certifications, including, but not limited to:

Live Scan Event to conveniently complete your Fingerprinting requirement in a group setting. Our experienced team will be on hand to assist you through the process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Checklist:
MUST have a Valid Government Issued Photo ID: Ensure you bring a current, government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID.
MUST have Request for Live Scan Application printed: Prior to attending the event, obtain and print the Request for Live Scan Application from your Requesting Agency.
Stay Hydrated the day before: Proper hydration can facilitate the fingerprinting process. Remember to drink plenty of water the day before your appointment.
Clean Hands: To ensure clear and accurate fingerprints, thoroughly wash and dry your hands before your appointment.
Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment: Arriving early allows for a smooth check-in process and ensures that your appointment stays on schedule.
